• 首先需要在淘宝APP中打开设置→支付→国际支付设置→ 支付方式设置→ ”国际/中国港澳台支付”
* 如果看不到“国际支付”，先把淘宝地区选到境外
• 目前只有部分店铺付款时能看到支付方式选项 大部分都可以了
• 微信绑定AMEX付款 没有手续费（目前了解到的最高限额为10000元/天）
